Wildly exceeded my expectations, which doesn't sound like much when we're talking about a Provençal sparkler (I mean, what, do you have a top ten?), but it really exceeded them. If they told me they'd ground up limestone and added some to each bottle I'd believe them, and the oodles of sunny peach and flowers are the right foil for it. Tight little bubbles and fruit peel acid take the finish out for far longer than it should. Well suited to a breakfast of kimchi, rice and deep-fried egg.
