Rimmerman comes through. Blood, iron, bitter chocolate, smoke and blackberry, but with blinding clarity and powdery tannin. The fruit gets a little juicier after a bit. Just the thing with smoke-grilled pickle-brined pork chops, hasselback potatoes and this apple-onion-cabbage mustard salad thing. I could drink this every day. — 10 years ago
