Fantastic with sushi

Oak and mineral. Don't over chill. Great with roasted chicken!

Butter... but not your typical Gay Lea butter. This is straight from the cow. Paired with a scallop and pata negra. I’m ready for the electric chair.

Clean, crisp, what Chardonnay should be. Went well with a simple seasoned salt chicken.

Eh an ok wine. Move on

Orange blossom, lime zest, toast. Vibrant acidity, thin, herbal finish.
