To reiterate these are tasted blind with the identity known but the order of serving unknown. My notes - Nose of Violets and Roses. Polished and refined. Some Spiciness. If Vosne Romanee is not the best Commune I don’t know what is”. In this warmer year I love Jancis’s note “ Sensual rather than cerebral “. It will become more Cerebral in about :30 years time!! On discovering its identity I thought that figures! Magnificent!
