Made in an oxidative way. Great character. Very food friendly. A star. This is by far the best rose I have tasted this year. Open in advance for optimum enjoyment.

There is a salty element to an otherwise very grenache nose with licorice and blackberry. There is a bit of a toasted touch too. This is very good. The palate is very well balanced and delicious. Strong acid backbone, good width with a bit of matter on the sides, a big bright blackberry fruit shining all along, and expanding midpalate with some spices and some tannins that caress and create a distorsion and a long blackberry and licorice finish that lasts for ever, with a pinch of salt. This is very good! Paired extremely well with fat duck breasts (magrets) on the barbecue ✌🏻

Enjoyed it but not as provoking as other Grenache I’ve tasted- only 40% Grenache. Natural! (Diversey Wines)

Garnet colored with potpourri and dusty earth on the nose. Very light bodied, soft, and elegant on the palate with dried red fruit and licorice but a bit watery.

Another bargain from the Languedoc, but what makes this wine so unique is that the vineyards actually roll down to the edge of the sea, meaning the aromas and salts of the Mediterranean are literally absorbed into these grapes like a sponge. This baby was a bit young, but you can taste the potential. Grenache and a bit of syrah features more of the minerality of the sea then sun drenched fruit, but at a price below $20 it gets your attention.

Red berries, tobacco, ash. Fresh. White peppers. Long finish.
