Feb 21st, 2016Decent acidity. Red, red cherry and raspberry nose. Deeper cherry (black cherry?) and raspberry/blackberry flavors. Fruity but with depth. A little peppery. Good with a fresh, creamy cheese. Pleasant. #beaujolais #gamay

Jul 28th, 2015This is a very drinkable Beaujolais. Classic strawberry and raspberry aromas and flavors with a lot of jam and a hint of earth and clove. The finish is medium length with a sourness that reminds of a sweet tart (in a good way). Medium + acidity light body, a br of tannin too which probably makes this one of the more interesting Beaujolais I've tried.
This is a very drinkable Beaujolais. Classic strawberry and raspberry aromas and flavors with a lot of jam and a hint of earth and clove.
