I forget how good these can be.

Great with Branzino 🍋

As well, this is younger and more opaque and somewhat tasteless

Saline and crisp.

Barely sweet with a kiss of dry. Flavor is fleeting when overly aerated. Lemon? Stone fruit? Great with seafood pasta. Grass?
