Top Notes For
Long time since a “serious” Muscadet. Very light lemon yellow, clean, Uber-crisp, stone, sea-spray, very dry and acid-forward. Very little fruit flavor, long almost spicy finish, more weight than anticipated. This wine is absurdly young and judging by the acid and structure capable of 5-7 years of quiet cellar time. QPR? Are you frigging kidding me? This world class white is around $25 per. Not a wine to reach for on a boozy weekend night... but s serious food-friendly option.
