Tasted about a year ago with Marc Olivier wearing as usual his overalls; the man!!! What a treat, this one was opened yesterday on Easter Sunday, with friends in Stroumbi village Paphos. What a treat, going back on my notes. 3 years sue lie, more developed rich, ethereal, mineral with a touch of herbal, apple, brush of floral and a sexy acidity. very well balanced. Still going....
