Lemon zest, wet stone, melted butter on the nose. Smooth, bright acidity, orange zest on the palate. Beautiful light honey color. Accompanies the fat tones of pork well.

Light yellow in color, smell of citrus & vanilla, medium body, balanced and still very fresh, crisp finish. Great with cheese plate.
