The nose is exotic fruits and lemon plus the chalky, crushed oyster usual stuff in chablis. From the nose you can tell it's Chablis premier cru and you know you are in for a ride. The palate is a model of balance with a nice and strong acid backbone showing off against a bright exotic fruit (pineapple and mango). A real presence in mouth with some width a soft touch on the sides. The mineral, chalky thing is there in the mouthfeel too that screams chablis all around. The finish is rather quick with lemon and pineapple and a chalky thread that makes of a fresh, delicious after taste. Good stuff, delivering right what it should be

Very good Chablis. Some citrus, hint of oak, vanilla, hint of green apple and lime, medium-length finish. Buy more. Drank with Elissa’s egg, provolone, and ham casserole. Very good pairing.

👃 Soft tropical fruits bathed in minerals & honey w/ guava & mango coming through into green fruits & light citrus
👄 Med bodied creamy silky honey bathed citrus & green fruits in med acidity w/ a minerally tropical kick
🎯 Med+ green fruit & citrus w/ lime coming through drying the end in crushed rocks

Very crisp and beautiful Chardonnay. Not much body but has that wonderful wet stone character that you expect from burgundy white.
