Fantastic! Complex and approachable at the same time, strawberry/red cherry, touch of salinity and minerality, citrus/graprefruit and lots of texture. Acidity is not high, but balance is superb.

Intense dried flowers and herbs along with dried strawberry, was a bit more palatable the next day. An interesting wine but with a bit more bitterness than I’d desire in a rosé.
