Earth dominates the fruit on opening. Ripening cranberry. Crushed raspberry. Wet soil, tobacco, fresh leather. Big matchstick. Dry on the palate - small but sticky tannin. Did wonderful with whole roasted tomatoes & halloumi basil chicken.
