One of my favorite producers from Southern France, consistently great reds and whites year after year….this one is mostly Grenache Blanc with Viognier and Clairette. Great fruit and complexity.

Crushed granite, fresh white flowers, green apples and citrus zest. Floral aromatics meet an oily grip on the palate. Firm acidity with texture and medium weight. Green apple fruits and minerality carry-forward. Touch of back-end heat. 50% Grenache Blanc, 15% Clairette, 15% Bourboulec, 10% Viognier, 10% Roussane.

Congrats! 2 Stars in Le Guide Hachette 2017. Well deserved!
Realy great value this white Cotes du Rhone. Very concrentrated and intensiv. Reminds me a bit of the great Prestige Ch9dP.
