These Ooka wines are cool. Similar to Souhaut, full of pretty black and blue fruit, olive, meat and pepper while still being light and open and generous. Sometimes you might want a little more muscle from the Northern Rhône, but mostly I just love the juicy and accessible cool climate Syrah. Yum.
