Decant it. This is real ass Syrah

Once the effervescence blows off, there are no distractions left between myself and this wine. Pure enjoyment is what's left.

Slightly effervescent, not my jam

Funky........then fresh red fruit, floral, mineral, bramble.....so much going on aromatically. This has the natural spritz and funk to start and then shines with pure fresh enjoyment

Gorgeous bouquet of raspberries and jasmine, smells like I want to wear it as a perfume. Tastes like carbonite boysenberries with hints of cocoa powder and blueberry Mr. Sketch scented markers, and wooly tannins. Love it's light effervescence on the pour, and great with a chill.

So much carbonation. Bit hot and so different from prior bottles.

This wine in insanity -pepper for weeks on the palate and a wild medium bodied mid palate with a hint of funk and leather and black olives on the rose petal finish
