Couldn't find the Fleurie from Somm2, but this is a lovely example of Cru Beaujolais

Oct 17th, 2016Gaseous & bretty out of the gate. A little double decant back into bottle & a firm shake did it well. Pretty fun to watch the evolution. Maybe just a little more time to let it settle into its skin. Had to pull corks on all the 15s right when they landed to track progress though!
