Delicious. Suggestion of the chef de vin. Layered, full bodied, acidic finish. With each course a different element revealed itself.

If you gave this to me blind, I'd have a though time identifying it. It's light in body, decent acid, long finish with very nice mineral character. I recently won an auction for a 1988 Rully, so I thought it would be prudent to try a young version first. It definitely doesn't scream Burgundy, but I like it.

Dense, mineral, zesty white Burg. Could easily be mistaken for very good Cote de Beaune. Really blossoms with air & as the temperature comes up.
