Sturdy, gutsy, very much a Merlot (there is also Syrah, which is missed in the description above). Truffles and fur, with hard and alcoholic liquorice burn. Definitely decant or open an hour and a half before.

The surprise of the weekend: this beautiful Languedoc magnum blending Syrah, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Vinification partially combines carbonic maceration which brings a beautiful fruity exuberance, combined with a oak breeding, the result may seem a little technical, but the whole is surprising in terms of its price. A tasty wine with a remarkable finish for a fairly powerful but flexible and fond body. Perfect to accompany barbecues, dinner aperitifs.

Pays d'oc, in the line of a cotes du rhone. Absolutely lovely! Light, dry, clean, the tiniest overtones of jammy
