Grand-Mont Bourgueil Cabernet Franc

This is elegant stuff. Red and black fruits, high toned, violet, leather, earth, some capsicum but not overbearing. Still maturing

Jalapeño, crushed stone, fresh red cherry, blackberry, leather, mushroom. Elevated acidity, silky tannins.

Lush and muddy at once. Nice, subtle maturity—some cedar, dried tobacco—and an unexpected kernel or butter on the nose. Soft, lush tannins and red fruit. Would love to have some roast veggies with woody herbs or roast chicken with this

From a "king" of Bourgueil - This wine was just so delicious, in one of the best vintage of Bourgueil in the last decades from one of the best producer of the appellation, from a plot of 5ha, great tannins, evolving slowly and almost a “pinot” like note. Well I will have to find some older vintage and more of his wines now :)

Biodynamic vineyard. Produced since 2009. Lotsa promise.
