Murky and stacked with bramble and minerals in a persistent purple glow.
Cab Franc that doesn't scream Cab Franc. A rocky, chalky wine with some salinity that reminds me more of serious Beaujolais.
Preschool pencil and thick strips of fruit leather with tannins that make you pucker.

Nose - raspberry, cherry, white pepper, a bit of earth. Took quite awhile to open up, but after it did it was pretty nice. Pretty balanced wine, could maybe use a bit more concentration and a longer finish. Good value at $20.

It is a fine wine with great structure and aromas of peppered flowers, red fruit and nuance of forest floor:)
