Such an underrated aoc

A bit simple. Refreshing. Opened up and found a bit more complexity.

A stellar melon. A great mouthfeel. Nice weight. Bit of a bready one. Wonderful. Vintage Berkeley.

High acidity, bready notes. Great with oily fish

A nice, dry muscadet. Lacking a bit of acidity for my pallet, but nonetheless a really nice, crisp, mineral, buttery white.
