Not a bad casual weekday wine. It has a thick dark berry aroma, moderate acidity but pretty bracing tannins. There's not much interest on the finish and it doesn't have layers of complexity which is to be expected for this 100% #cabernetsauvignon Pays d'Oc. Those tannins and the acidity would go well with a steak.
