A bird incorporated on the label, and the name Chanteleuserie means a 'place where the larks sing', located outside of the village of Benais, in Touraine, Loire Valley. Deep purple pronounced aromas of floral and black fruits. On the palate blackberry and blueberry flavors with bell pepper and tomato leaf notes. Medium+ tannins with lively acidity on a medium length finish. Great value, can even improve in bottle in next few years. ‘18 a bit better than ‘17.

Dark brambly fruit, purple flowers, white pepper, and roasted bell. Lighter in style, this is drinking wonderfully despite being so young. Perfect with fajitas... love it.
