Smoky, ashy, crushed up cherry and strawberry. Minty tobacco and sweet cherry-cinnamon red hot candy, carbonic w/ slight hints of gentian root. Refreshing and bright w/ lots of bitter orange character, almost like the finish of a Campari. Perfect complement to mushroom and cabbage dumplings.
