Brézème Côtes du Rhône Blanc

Intense pineapple and moss; sweet grass, mint, floral, with pronounced texture and bite. With time nose reveals a tropical fruit basket; cherimoya, mango, papaya and lime.

Ha. Grabbed a bottle of red in the dark recesses of dining room. Red is what it was not. Couple of ice cubes and we were all set. This is smoking! 2022 CdR blanc. Balanced acidity, pretty fruit, great body. Loved it. Yea. Even with ice cubes.

Tasty CDR Blanc for a weeknight PNP

@Delectable Wine this is the Blanc. Great nose. Mineral, finessed and layered aromas. Yellow fruits but subtle and not vulgar. Ocean air. Saline. So clean. Airy. Terrific freshness and minerality. Clean and so precise. Yellow fruits, some mirabelle plum, and mineral and dry finish. Juicy and persistent. A very well made and very cerebral wine. Amazingly nimble. Dazzlingly pure. A great wine screaming for a rich creamy sauce.
