2011 - Remi's wines normally lean more "masculine" in style, this bottle on this night is really pretty. I love good Beaujolais, Cheers!

Bright bouncy perfect acidity red berries and carbo fun (drink fast though brett might creep in)

Paired with seared grass-fed strip, pan roasted shiitakes, grilled radicchio & roasted cauliflower...yeah, that works!

2013. Light and feather-like. Light gassiness on the nose. On the palate its very clean, pleasant tart cherry, light raspberry, some sweet spice, abrupt finish.
