Incroyable car je n aurai jamais mis ces deux cépages pour ce vin

Sylvaner fruit dominates here and slight bready dryness but not really toast. Color is darker than pure Riesling and medium bodied great with perfumed foods.

14-year old Müller-Thurgau. Apricot on the nose. Palate is low acid, chewy stone fruit and a slug of diesel. Bitter almond, citrus oil. Love these wines.

Interesting Biodynamic Riesling and Sylvaner blend from Switzerland. (I taste more Sylvaner) Quite reserved on the nose, quince and bruised yellow apple on the palate. At 10 years of age this is in a good spot.

Incredible wine. Muller-Thurgau on another level. Apricots, medicinal, minerals, fresh flowers and an alpine stream. Maybe I’m projecting? But this is serious stuff. What a find.
