The nose went on forever. Gritty, fresh wet earth, tobacco, with browned edges. Flavor profile was soft but still packing prune, fig, raisin and dark cacao. Really paid well with an array of BBQ items + salads.

Top 5 best CDP's for under $40 produced in last 15 years. Rich juicy fruit, succulent berries and brightness. The fruit really shines, and the acidity is cleansing. Very pretty wine.
