Slightly flat and very light on first taste then fruit expanded greatly on palate, but unclear on fruit notes. Unlike many Gamays I had tired before.
Paired with roast chicken and pomegranate celeriac salad.

Sacred Thirst tasting. Out of magnum. Solid. Julienas isn't a cru I have had in recent memory. I enjoyed the nose and mouthfeel on this. A roast chicken pairing here.

Black raspberries, cherry pits, touch of black pepper and iron. Mild acidity, mineral driven with pronounced velvet tannins and slightly metallic finish.
