Domaine d'Aupilhac
Mont Baudile Le Carignan
2014. Concentrated dark fruit that's never heavy on the palate, with ripe tannins on the finish and a final twist of freshness at the close. Above the elegant textures are a grocery basket of sumptuous aromatics: blueberry and red currants, moist earth, and the Languedoc shrubland (garrigue) that comes across as just the slightest hint of rosemary.

Nov 13th, 2018Really nice bottle of wine. For me the thing that stands out is that it is so drinkable right now. There is some vicious legs on this puppy and I am going to stash a few bottles in the cellar to see what a little age would do. Great pick @Todd Abrams
