Nose: classic barnyard red fruits very distinctive to Burgundy. Palate: spice confirmed red fruits slightly underripe, such a bright acidity. Good balance. Had it paired with herb rubbed pork roast and broccoli & cauliflower, Herb stuffing and cheddar mashed potatoes. Heaven
