Lifted aromatics, lotsa whole cluster, CO2 on the nose. Beautiful wine.

Tasting even better with some age. Dark cherries, baking spice, so2, with some earth, stone, dried herbs, as it is exposed to air there’s more vegetable and dark fruits. Really interesting.

This is evolving nicely. Tart cherries, rock like flavor, forest, a bit of spice, flowers. Really lingers on the palate. Still has a lot of time in the bottle.

Excellent Pinot. Much more extracted than the 2016 vintage I had previously. Game, wild berries, cherry pits, some forest, but ultimately dark tart fruit with rocks. Very nice mouthfeel. Looking forward to seeing the evolution of this one.
