Tres bon Chablis premier cru. Tried it with fresh tuna poke. Perhaps will marry better with roster chicken over the raw fish. Ripe citrus fruit, lemon seeds, grape fruit, lychees and hit of banana skin aroma. Nice full bodied wine.
