This is pretty boring burgundy, and I rarely find balanced burgundy to be boring. But at least it won a wine competition medal...!!

Floral, mint, dark chocolate. Very delicate.
A few hours later. . Sage, and complex herbs. Should probably throw this another point or two. Very interesting.
