Lemon curd and minerals on the nose and palate. Nice smooth and silky body, but then a good amount of acid that cuts through. Yum!!!

This is both refreshing with notes of lemon on the nose, and creamy on the palate. While it feels substantial like a buttery Chardonnay, it also tastes very clean with notes of wet stone/clay.
