Chambolle-Musigny Pinot Noir

Pretty and bright. Raspberry, floral notes, violets. Very chambolle fruit. Not too intense, but sweet and pretty and long.

Never been a huge fan of Vogüé but this ‘93 was 🔥. So expressive and its aromatics soared. Vogüé definitely needs to age. Also hard to do wrong in Burgundy is ‘93. Was perfect with Unagi.

Pintail and Widgeon pairing. Arguably not fully mature, but any transformation in the future did not appear to be revelatory.

Soft plush, open cherry fruit. Succulent. Good balance. Certainly not profound, but pretty and rounded chambolle fruit. Good to drink now.

This was supa-tasty with pretty tea like flavours foiled by a rich and full underbelly. Still has plenty of years ahead too - 2000

All points are in check and balanced. While it has another 20 years ahead of it, the enjoyment now is worth the pop...

Bold and racy. Very 2002. Big upfront ripe fruit, impeccable balance and depth. A tasty treat from @Shawn R

Very fresh with raspberry, bright blueberry. A lot of the life and zest of 07’s. A pretty nose and drinking well now.
