Faustine Ajaccio Red Blend

Light and bright, good balance of acidity and fruit. Stiff tannins for such a light body.

Carbonique. Tannic. Light body but dark color

Light and airy. Not really a fitting compliment to the steak.

Quite light ruby pink , wide pink rim . Light red strawberry , raspberry fruit , rose hints , and touch of fresh herbs . Quite light and fruit driven on the palate , but with nice refreshing acidity , well balanced alcohol, light tannins . That strawberry , raspberry character coming through on the palate, ok length. Quite simple but enjoyable, well made ‘vin de soif’.

Ruby, bright flavor profile & acids. Lovely light/midweight food wine (fowl).

2014. New main varietal for me in this blend. Hard primary flavors to identify...went really well with the bbq ribs and dirty rice. Got better each drink until it was gone. That’s all I ask!

A little bit closed at first and needed some time to express itself. Easy to drink, fresh and mineral.
