Dazzling stuff. Very pure and light and precise… Like mountain Springwater with spritz of lemon, Acacia, wet stone and lime. Medium bodied, with a thrilling spine of Fine, acidity, and a touch of reduction. Focused, and excellent.

A posh but welcome way to kick off the Aspen Food & Wine Classic. 2011 vintage and focused, luxurious, and as on point as one could hope for.

Peach, pear, green apple fruits, touch of reduction with mineral & white flower. Rich & round mouthfeel. Lovely stuff!

Very lifted steely nose. The attack is later than the mersault's... slate, gunpowder and a gorgeous soft yet focused mid palate. Very special there. Incredible detail. Then bright stuff. Then real length. Wonderful

A whiff of burnt match. A searing lemon and bracing structured mid palate. Real puligny minerality and slate. Fucking gorgeous
