Wow! I did not expect such a rich, juicy, wine when I bought this Chardonnay. Really expresses the soil minerality, which is usually easier for me to detect in a Sauvignon Blanc. This wine helped strengthen my preference for Burgundy as one of the best white wine regions in the Old World. Was delicious on its own, and would pair wonderfully with roast chicken or turkey.
