Valmur Chablis Grand Cru Chardonnay

Lemon custard, tart lemon/lime pulp, green apple skin, chalky minerality, wet stones. Long dry finish.

Razor sharp minerality. This one is mineral driven. Lemon, lime zest, strong saline, white floral.

Crisp red apple, Rich lemon lime pulp, ripe pineapple. Med level saline and chalk. Nice long finish.

Slight floral hints, with a salinity to the discrete nose that we also find on the delicious and elegant palate, the wine has such nice acidity that is so well balanced with the pure, clean fruit and precise flavours. Gorgeous as always with wines made by Fabien Moreau.


Nez salin, marin voire, un petit peu floral. Une bouche avec une telle classe et finesse, superbe, minéral, élégant malgré cette tension appuyée mais tellement bien dosée. 92-93
