From half bottle. Citrus and saline, hint of matchstick. Clean and snappy on the palate, great mid-palate density. Nice bottle for price range.

Wish I could remember more vividly what I thought of each wine, but after a long tasting menu and lots of different wines and not taking notes... descriptions get a little bland. Delicious with smoked trout tartare and caviar. Traditional Chablis notes. Flint and green apple on the nose with strong minerality, Apple, pear and a citrusy finish. low acidity and Pretty high viscosity.
