2011. Really serious Chablis. The ripeness, noble reduction and oak here are all really intense and dialed in. Entering the beginning of what will be a really charming adolescence. The only downside is that it tastes kind of like great producer 1er cru Puligny. I'm not the first one to say it, but a great example of the rule that Chablis' 1er crus are often more "true" expressions of the place than the GCs are. Really delicious and a great value, but missing the green salinity and lithe, sinewy structure of some of its "lesser" relatives.
