Tart cherry, sanguine, dill/pickle, roasted herbs, Brett, medium plus acidity, medium tannin, 11% abv.

Tart tomato and cherry and stony minerality on the nose. Medium concentration and staining. Basil, iodine, sanguine. Tart cherry juice on the palate. Acidity - medium, tannin - tight and elevated. 13% abv.

Crunchy and delicious. Not frivolous. Love to see what it turns into in a year or two.

not super pronounced aromas, medicinal flavors on nose but palate is much more orange / citrus / cranberry tang

豆っぽさ。意外と酸もあり、メントールみたいなニュアンスもあり。もうすこし開きそうなかんじがあるので、数日かけてじっくりのんでみよう
