Palate is like it is chiseled from rock. So pure and compact with laser like precision and purity. My god the purity. It’s so clean it’s like a white room. Brilliant!

Stunning nose of iodine, hazelnut, minerals, earthy funk, some floral perfume, touch of oak and so much nuance and complexity which is what Folatieres is to me aromatically. Rich and elegant with ripping acidity and lovely mineral/iodine tones and impressive concentration, but is so graceful and elegant. Terrific lithe yet serious structure and dazzlingly pure. A baby now but this is drinkable and will age. So impressive.
