Round, dark fruit, plum, spice. Very bright and tart. Tiny bit of slate/stone.

Oct 27th, 2019Meaty hibiscus, wet worn leather, crisp warm herbal smell, taste is cherries strawberries thyme and tarragon, good tannic base that is not too strong and allows for a delicate sweetness to balance against the acid at the end, rough and villagey but satisfying and balanced nevertheless

A beautiful blend of grenache and merlot. Smooth tannins, with lots of plum, black cherry, and berries in the background . Supple and elegant. A winner. Pair with roasted chicken or lighter red meats.
