Elegant, but muted. The nose upon opening had a really interesting anchovy element, which dissipated after a few moments. I feel like it could have aged for some time more to develop its full potential. Still tight.

This has taken a significant step back since my first bottle a few months ago. Overly tart and shrill (a word I've never used in a note before). Purchased from the importer. Most of the bottle went into a braise, the rest down the drain.
