Whiff of oxidation but turned out quite nicely, despite CV in 8/30/2017! Perhaps gained a bit of complexity since then. With similar notes

Very nice Chablis. Tasting good now. Excellent acidity, lemons, with that great mineral finish of river rock and chalk. Glad I lost this bottle in the wine cellar.

Mar 26th, 2020CVed 8/30/17 3 Chablis comp. The most tensile and focused Chablis of the three. Minerals and chalk white flowers and acids and medium body with great balance and long length. Opened 2/5/23 and it’s fine! Very slight hint of oxidation that only adds to the complexity.
