Silky, balanced, perfect weight. Starts smooth, carries soft floral notes but not too much fruit; has equal parts ripeness and acidity to carry it to a perfect end. It’s what wine is suppose to be. Highly recommend it.

Tart cherry a tiny little bit minty. Loads of fruit can't believe this is a Bourgogne. Quite complex.
