Needs over an hour to open.

Young but balanced and needs many years to mellow.

Earthy fruit and strong, dusty tannins....

Tasty. Not epic. But nice with the lamb chops.

Nice acidity (especially w Mom's pot roast) opened to deep, rich complexity. Will buy a few more to cellar for 2-4 years
